What To Expect?
An old photograph can reveal a street before we were born, introduce us to someone we’ve never met, or preserve a story that might otherwise be forgotten. In this four-day adventure, children discover how pictures help us remember the past—and how their own photographs can tell stories worth keeping.

Through photography, we invite children to discover the world beyond their own, exploring lives, perspectives and experiences different from those they know.
What Will Children Explore?
With cameras in hand, children journey into Singapore’s heritage through museum visits, heritage walks and playful photography missions. They investigate clues from the past, compare old photographs with present-day scenes, and uncover stories about the places, people and traditions that have shaped our home.

Along the way, they explore how cameras and photography have changed over time while learning focusing, framing, composition and visual storytelling. Each activity encourages them to slow down, look closely, ask questions and make thoughtful choices about what they capture.
How can parents be part of the experience?
On the final day, parents are invited to a photography gallery curated by the children themselves. Through selected photographs and captions, children share their discoveries and explain the stories behind their pictures.

Parents join the conversation by asking questions, sharing their own memories of Singapore and discovering what caught their child’s attention. It is an opportunity to connect across generations and see familiar places through fresh eyes.
DAY 4 - GOSH! KIDS STUDIO (Near Eunos MRT)
End your journey with a special Photo Showcase where you’ll curate and share your favorite shots with family — celebrating your growth as a young photo explorer!
DAY 2 - Singapore River
Learn the "Rules of Composition" while exploring patterns, lines, and textures in the heart of the city’s central district.
DAY 1 - Vintage Camera Museum
Discover the "4 Perspectives" as you look up, down, close, and far to see how angles can change the way we tell a story through a single photo.
DAY 3 - Joo Chiat Heritage Trial
Dive into "Different Types of Photography" — from action to landscape, from macro to portrait — surrounded by the cultural and heritage traditions of Joo Chiat
